Personalized Backsplash

This backsplash designed by Emily Jablon has a personal flavor!

I love the way Emily and her customer created a space for the unique tiles in this blend. They give this backsplash its truly unique and personal feel.

The colors in this blend energize and draw the kitchen together. The countertop works with the stove, and both work with the backsplash. It is a beautiful combination of colors.

The blend and granite countertop work particularly well here. I am always being asked how to create a backsplash that does not compete with the granite countertop. This is a perfect example as to how the backsplash and countertop can balance each other.

The backsplash is boldly personal, fun, and gorgeous!
I love it!

Recycled Bottle Glass Backsplash

This kitchen backsplash uses my recycled bottle glass tile. This tile has a color and texture that is similar to sea glass found on a sandy beach. It goes well in a kitchen or bathroom backsplash.

This particular backsplash is subtle and elegant. The opacity of the white combined with the calmness of the green is really quite beautiful. I love how the green alternates between clear and opaque. My eyes calmly drift through the countertop to the backsplash and relax.

2" x 2" Glossy Blacksplash Blend

This custom 2" x 2" blend is our first featured customer installation! We love the beautiful use of our glossy tile here. It adds a playful and contemporary energy to the kitchen. It feels personal, bold, and vibrant. Just looking at this kitchen creates an environment of warmth and joy.

It offers the chef, host, or lucky guest a real experience of color. It is candy for the eye. My eyes are carried from the beautiful colors of the backsplash, to the kitchen walls, back to the backsplash, then they rest for a moment on the color of the back room, and dart back to the backsplash. Where they then happily bounce around from tile to tile enjoying the color combinations.

It is an absolutely stunning kitchen. Amazing Job!
